Today's one of our quarterly "refresh days" (bonus leave days), probably my career-favourite work perk. I had a lie-in with a very cuddly ginger tabby (amazing how she gets smoochy when the weather gets cold) and then got the charging port on my phone fixed. Fixing a phone may not sound like a big thing, unless you've ever had the cable fall out of the phone while relying on it for satnav in the dark in a suburb you've never visited in your life. I REALLY needed that thing fixed.
