@HardBeingGreen@theblower.au yep, I struggle to see how the RBA is making the right decisions on this. If the economy is overheating, and that seems highly questionable, Government should be applying the brakes in a more equitable way.

@smitjo@mastodon.au their rules need to be changed to allow for more nuanced approaches imo But yeah, it's a very important budget in many ways. It needs to take the heat off those doing it tough and tighten the screws a bit on those who aren't
