  It's kind of ridiculous that the RBA has now lifted interest rates 3 times this year at the same time fuel prices are higher and that's starting to flow through to grocery prices etc I feel bad for them in that it's the only tool they have and the rules they work under effectively forced their hand.   Not the result I wanted last night with Labor reclaiming Nightcliff in the by-election with a narrow win over the Greens. Current lead is 141 if my early morning maths is right Just a couple of hundred postal votes to be counted if they all come in Greens only held their first ever NT seat briefly but it was a breakthrough and shows they can win up there which is a positive Congratulations to NT Labor on their win, back to 5 seats now after the wipe out at the last election, just the 1 in D...
