My web site woes has been solved. Now, I just need to get my other two important sites back online. (I'm still faced with my main web server's boot media not surviving the move, so it's a rebuild). Turns out that my ISP explicitly allows residential customers to run web, it only took 5 phone calls to figure out the incantation that would get me to a human without their AI rebooting my router to "automatically solve my issue". My blog site is still ... missing.
