The upgrade actually went beautifully. Fedora 44 was just released today. Figured I'd take advantage of the last working day in the office to upgrade it while I can still sit in front of the keyboard in person. For various reasons of corporate stupidity, workstations will remain on-site, only accessible remotely over a VPN. Doing another upgrade like this will be decidedly riskier in the future. Now that's what I call progress.
