@fanf@mendeddrum.org I expect the City of London would have an even harder time satisfying this requirement. Their foundation seems to predate English record keeping.

@tubbydammer@mastodonapp.uk huh, that makes me if even normal councils have corporate registration documents, or if (say) cambridge city council would have to refer to its 1207 charter
