@ExpiredPopsicle@vt.social Cheers, I was a brief user of kbin (or was it mbin? whichever one came first) then I wandered off. I intended to get set up on Mastodon, but for the longest time it was on my "get to it eventually" list. BlueSky's CEO and devs going mask-off was what pushed me to get a basic setup going for now. Eventually I'll set up my own instance and all that, but for now the important thing is getting onto the Fediverse.

@ExpiredPopsicle@vt.social I know when I first started using fedi it was weird to me how ppl had more favs and comments on a post than when u went to their instance rather than ur own, but then u learn that u havnt federated with some ppls, or they are blocked so u cant see it
