@Cetraria@neurodifferent.me oof, yeah, I can understand that need to put the energy somewhere.
I recall starting a blog documenting a project during an unexpected unemployment phase.. but it felt like a lot of work for nothing: not getting the benefits of privately writing for yourself, but also not connecting to people either (I don't think I got any views other than bots).

@marsiposa@social.coop Exactly that. It was a nice creative outlet for a minute and let me brain dump at a time when I really was missing connection. And it gave me an excuse to figure out how to talk in a clearer way about trauma and plant grexes and stuff. But I'm not sure any other living soul read it. So hooray for a better form of social networking.
