There is also the 50/50 rule of how lists for elections are created. Yet, the internal structure of the party is riddled with a few male egos that demand a large chunk of everyone's time and energy, like to attack women and don't care about how much trouble they inflict. Male party members very seldom dare to confront this , it falls to the women to exert their precious energy in dealing with it. So, nothing new here.
