Perhaps this is true in politics, but in grassroots community groups, it's women who speak up and who do most of the work. Men are not great organizers - but can use their contacts to good advantage. These groups are strong because both men and women use their skills fully.

@wordstitcher@thecanadian.social ohh I remember it the exact same way. Women do most of they work. They carry everything. They are the ones , that stay up late and see things through
