@nomdeb@mstdn.social Wow. That must be scary for those poor residents. I worry about places where people are packed together all the time. My org has always done a lot of programs in our state's prisons, and while none have had a virus outbreak for a few years now, closer to Covid it was far more usual.

@dianemagras@mstdn.social Yes. So hard - especially those in the memory care unit. What stands out to me in particular is that with covid infections (more recent ones) they did NOT ask residents to mask. Just the staff, visitors, etc. So, this notification has one of my eyebrows up.
