@kajer@infosec.exchange In that case they aren't claiming that here. They are only claiming that they don't show the results to your immediate manager and/or a manager who has fewer than some number of responses. The kinds of stuff that goes in these feedback forms is like "the hardware you issue me is garbage so I have to buy my own" not "I love to do things that HR would fire me immediately for". (I could imagine some employers where that would happen.. this morning's Onion video comes to mind https://youtu.be/ZaZPiwxPqO4 but it isn't mine)

@malwareminigun@infosec.exchange I'm being incredibly literal here. When HR claims a form is "anonymous" then sends a unique link to each employee, that's not anonymous. I have also been the help desk employee that helped HR navigate their surveymonkey portal and saw EXACTLY what HR sees with the responses, from each non-anonymized individual. My problem is the claim of anonymous, when every survey link I have ever seen is NOT ANONYMOUS.
