@malwareminigun@infosec.exchange Oh, I'm sure there is no incentive to do it... But don't tell me the form is anonymous then nag me a week later saying that I haven't completed the form. What part of that seems anonymous?

@kajer@infosec.exchange In that case they aren't claiming that here. They are only claiming that they don't show the results to your immediate manager and/or a manager who has fewer than some number of responses. The kinds of stuff that goes in these feedback forms is like "the hardware you issue me is garbage so I have to buy my own" not "I love to do things that HR would fire me immediately for". (I could imagine some employers where that would happen.. this morning's Onion video comes to mind https://youtu.be/ZaZPiwxPqO4 but it isn't mine)
