@kajer@infosec.exchange Honestly I don't think it is lies because I see no incentive to do such a lie. They're pretty explicit about what happens, managers with a certain number of direct reports can see the responses but they don't get names to the responses. If you want your employees being yes persons you don't issue a survey asking for their feedback when you could just... not.
