@kajer@infosec.exchange Honestly I don't think it is lies because I see no incentive to do such a lie. They're pretty explicit about what happens, managers with a certain number of direct reports can see the responses but they don't get names to the responses.
If you want your employees being yes persons you don't issue a survey asking for their feedback when you could just... not.

@malwareminigun@infosec.exchange honestly I think it's ignorance by the HR staff. Every company I have worked for that has had some form of "anonymous" feedback request, ALWAYS ends up sending unique links and/or google forms where being logged in is required. I can verify this by being hassled for NOT filling in feedback after a few days.
