I'm going to make Rigatoni with meatballs and jarred sauce, tonight. The frozen meatballs I bought last week are actually pretty good. Definitely not as good as homemade, but for someone like me, who is absolutely NOT willing to make homemade meatballs, they are acceptable. I picked up a chunk of Grana Padano at the market on the way home from my meeting at the library to kick off the ebike lending library season. I can't afford Parmigiano-Reggiano, anymore, sadly.
