This episode it looked like Koyun and Yota were getting much closer. The thing is, as much as Yota is a good guy, I get the feeling that he's just not interested in Koyun in a romantic way, and for a guy with all the green flags the animators put in a literal red light for him at the end of the episode. As always, I'm looking forward to seeing where the story will go, but figuring out who to ship is getting harder each week.

@BongoMcnulty@mstdn.social Hear what you're saying about the red light and his stepmom but earlier in the episode they were standing together on that balcony looking into the sky with an airplane overhead and in the visual language of #anime that usually means they're a couple whose destined for true love. In pre-modern shows it's a flock of birds but regardless the symbolism is consistent. Just got around to watching the episode just now.

@BongoMcnulty@mstdn.social I'm sad it all points in that direction, this ship is not happening.
