I use rsync. It is available for Windows using WSL (I am on other OS, so cannot verify no experience, etc.)
Like many Unix-derived tools it is intensely configurable, but once you figure out exactly what you need it to do, you're probably good for the rest of your life.

@Amgine@mamot.fr yeah rsync is right up there in the permanent tool kit! For unattended scheduled work it's the bomb. This scenario ☝️ is for a one-time download from a vendor, so the GUI pick and choose of files was a plus, and I'm pretty sure there's no rsync daemon on their server (not that I asked tho).
