It’s weird for a direct report to be mean to me when I’m trying to take bereavement leave, right? I’m so fucking done with this asshat.

My asshole employee was like “sorry to hear about your grandpa” and then spent the rest of the email telling me and my boss that I’m shit at my job. 🙄 For the record she once freaked out about my bad at their job employee saying “I’m sorry about your cat” when she had clearly told him she had to put down two cats.
