@msdropbear42 Oh, it's good to hear your father had a positive result post surgery! 😸 A friend of mine was very naughty and did not do his physio and tells me he regrets it now. Sooooo, I am promising myself to keep up the physio, although I know I am a huge coward and will try to 'cheat' if it hurts (not sure how, but I do know that much about myself!). I am doing hydrotherapy (hot water pool) right now and starting at a gym next week to try to improve my upper body strength. Actually was not too bad exercise and strength wise before the knees got terrible, but have been far too sedentary since. Hoping this will mean a new start, at least health wise. How are things with you? The new year is almost a month old (eeek!) I do hope it has brought lovely days to you 🌹 🌼 🌹
