#WritersCoffeeClub 10/5: What wisdom do you wish you could share with your younger self? Ahhh, mate, very little. Much of it I wouldn't have listened to. Some of it I needed to go through. Some of it is just so goddamn depressing that contemplating it feels like a chasm opening up inside. And as for creative advice specifically... I don't know that it would be helpful. You need the boundless confidence of youth before you learn that nothing you write age 12 will be publishable.>
