UK politics are a bit confusing to my tiny USian brain, so I may be wrong about this, but it looks like the electorate decided more fascists in Parliament was wanted for the second time. That smells familiar. I wonder if, like here, the voter turnout was abysmal, due in part to the actions (and inactions) of a feckless party in power absolutely terrified of anything resembling progress? #UKPol #FuckFascists #vote

@evoterra@podvibes.co the older parities are dying away to be replaced by new ones, but guess which side has all the Oligarch media reporting on them? Labour have lost far more votes to the Greens that Reform and great things are happening in Scotland and Wales.

@evoterra@podvibes.co Major parties are split, current government has alienated left wing voters by unsuccessfully pandering to the right. Lefties are voting Green, many Labour supporters are disaffected and support is weaker and many working class people have taken the landlord’s bait about the migrants coming for them and theirs. It is very familiar… but I’m hoping most people in the UK, having seen the state of the US, will reject UK MAGA and can be convinced to vote tactically to keep the fash out…
