idk i have noticed that the "taco" meme always seems to follow a period where the guy very much Did The Thing, but just threatened to do more Thing, and all of a sudden its "guys he never does what he says he'll do!"
it was true for tariffs and deportations and ICE and Venezuela and now its true here
could we possibly consider that being distracted by the spectre of yet greater atrocity is not helping us deal with the actual real horrors? And could we maybe ask if all the sound and fury (signifying nothing) might be part of the plan?

i'll be real, my sanity cannot take the idea that we just have to hope it gets to a point where he goes "nah that's too much even for me", how the fuck are you supposed to not be cowered into fractal predicting fear by that? your whole world hinges on correctly guessing when he'll give it up at the very least, knowing it's an intential distraction ameliorates me of having to pick the right number on the roulette wheel. i can focus more on what's actually going on instead of whether the next Truth post is fiction or forewarning
