My state primaries are coming up. I’m most interested in the county council elections - both the county executive and my county Councilmember could potentially be replaced by much more progressive candidates. If they win, it will radically shift the county council to be much less cop-friendly than before. We might also expand and strengthen existing rent stabilization laws. Anyway, I got yard signs!
