It's a mystery... Cost of living crisis, crippling austerity, a government that hates kids/disabled/immigrant/queer people, no chance of buying a house if you don't already have one, pensions a joke if you are under 50, climate change, rising fascism, wealth inequality off the scale, media and internet controlled by a handful of oligarchs...
