Okay, so _something_ (either Debian or Proxmox update) nuked my custom sysctl.conf because apparently now the sysctl rules live below /etc/sysctl.d/.
No, the file was not moved to the new location, it was DELETED.
And yup, that broke IPv6 on the VMs because no more NDP forwarding. GREAT.

@felsqualle@manitu.social Oof. There should be a `.dpkg-old` or something like that where it was, but that's still rough. It's been like that for a good while though. Let's call it a good occasion to update the config through coercion -_-
