The stacking software used for this is built into the device, I don’t actually know what algorithm it uses. There are still two faint trails visible, zoom in on the bottom left.
I also changed the brightness and contrast of this image, so they stand out less. After all, the goal is to show a pretty comet and not Elons spam constellation.

@cafuego@misanthrope.social A friend of mine who does astrophotography usually stacks about 200 images taken over the course of two nights. His software automatically erases all the trails. He has a 16 inch telescope in an observatory in Sierra Vista, AZ. Very good night skies.
