For those who have been following the beta version, this version adds a few things over the last beta:
* A new icon and launch screen.
* Some more notification sounds, with great thanks to @thorthenorseman@octodon.social!
* A faster follow animation.
* Unavailable features have been hidden for now.
* A few bug fixes.
