I think the answer is no (because I keep testing different variations of it), but(!), is it possible to write a CSS selector based on a pseudo element's position. ie. `dialog::backdrop + div { color: red }` (bad example, but should give you an idea). Equally is `:has(::backdrop)` a thing?
