While he's not my favorite Star Wars character overall, Cal Kestis is the best Star Wars protagonist (in my 200% correct opinion). Why? Because he treats the droid BD-1 like a friend, partner, and equal, instead of a useful toolkit that can be powered down or memory wiped if he becomes annoying or a liability. Luke and R2 are okay, but R2 still has to do as he's told. #StarWars #DroidEquality #gaming
