Invoke 3.0 is out! It's one of those backwards-compatible-in-all-but-name releases, though it does drop support for Python <3.9. https://www.pyinvoke.org/changelog.html#3.0.0 I say "in all but name" because there is a minor API change, and it affects Fabric, which has also gotten a tiny packaging metadata release, 3.2.3, to mark it incompatible with Invoke >=3.0. (And Fabric is now the last of my projects not to get the pyproject.toml / drop now-very-old Pythons / etc, religion - hopefully soon!) Finally! Paramiko 5.0 will be out probably next weekend-ish, dropping a lot of old insecure features and adding a few new things on top.
