Maybe being a web programmer just makes me more attuned to failures, or maybe there's some kind of karmic justice paying out… but OMG. You've been there, right? I'll spare you the details of this last one but the punchline is that I wrote a detailed plea for help in the "Contact us" form, but couldn't submit it because the form processing endpoint returned nothing but 400s.
