Stuttering, two finger support is missing (I guess
, I haven’t seen an option for it ). And I can’t switch desktops and such.

3 finger swipe switches desktop for me. I keep the desktop switcher widget in my panel for when I use the stylus. What OS are you using?

My Thinkpad touchscreen works great on Plasma with multitouch support. Multitouch should be enabled by default, try doing a pinch to zoom in Firefox or a four finger up or down gesture to show the desktop overview
