@Will@thepit.social I started working in horse racing as a teen and left in my early 20s; somehow I wasn't exposed much to the booze. Even though all the big races were sponsored by booze or cigarettes and the trainer I worked for most was a recovering alcoholic who relapsed, recovered, and died of liver cancer.
