No doubt. But when you want to shake the whole structure, do you take down first the Command and Control center like BIS or attack the lower levels like Central Bank?
In medieval wars they tried to take the King or commanding General out first, if succeeded the whole army collapsed.

indeed. cutting the snakes head is wise. I wont argue. But i wonder....Is the BIS really the head or just central office...? i say this as i begin to abandon all top down thinking--including the beneficial kind. maybe the best option is to pre-emptively begin to de-bank ourselves, and aggressively ignore all the pharisees?
