indeed. cutting the snakes head is wise.
I wont argue.
But i wonder....Is the BIS really the head or just central office...?
i say this as i begin to abandon all top down thinking--including the beneficial kind.
maybe the best option is to pre-emptively begin to de-bank ourselves, and aggressively ignore all the pharisees?

Yes, that's the bottom up approach, the way Eastern-Germany survived at the citizen level. Ignore the central administration's rules and create parallel economy at the lower level (in the shadows). That's the coping mechanism when the iron boot is already in your neck, I do not think we are there yet but does not hurt to be prepared for such situation.
