I used to have a decent retrocomputing collection and over the last 5-7 years I’ve sold off a decent chunk of it. I’ve been reluctant to let go of this one because it was my own personal daily driver for about five years in the mid-90s. But it’s *so big* and I’ve finally admitted that I will never set it up and transfer off the BASIC games I wrote in high school

@darryl@toot.community Oh damn! It seems like at the very least, you do need to transfer your old code. There's probably some emulator for when you feel the need to revisit it. I'm a bit surprised to hear you were writing TRS-80 BASIC in high school, since I was (and it was the stone age then), and I have some years on you.
