May I bug you for a moment? I'm about to try starting a #mindfulness practice. I've been down the apps and gadgets (Muse) route before, but didn't get anywhere, probably because I wasn't going to just sit down and try doing the work. 😁 That said, is there a guided #meditation on Youtube or similar that you would recommend for a beginner? I'm not looking to buy anything or join anything. Thanks.
