@ldottxt@kind.social Honestly, I would assume that the "range" is a lie and at best you might make $55k. I would expect that kind of pay to require a Bachelors degree at a minimum.
The "possibility of becoming full time" is entirely dependent on how much shit you're wiling to swallow at part time. They say 20-35 hours a week, but you'll probably be working closer to 50 only everything over 35 would be unpaid.
That would be my expectation.

@ldottxt@kind.social Hold up. It's been a number of years since I've worked, I forgot what century we live in. I expect that the listing itself is fake and just a way to harvest your data. That's one of those "too good to be true" listings.

@roknrol@beige.party not sure where you live, but a local gas station chain (in a lower cost of living area of the country) *starts* mid-level positions (which they classify as no degree and 5 years experience) at just under $70k. also it would be illegal (and more importantly, enforceably so) for an employer to not pay for anything over 35 hours.
