Providing support to non-paying users of Koko Analytics due to exotic set-ups (mostly multilingual) or tight database resources combined with large datasets is eating up a lot of my time.
Unsure how to best handle it, but it's weighing on me.

@dvk@toot.re When issues need investigations involving paid plugins to replicate the issue, I think it's a good boundary to set. They would need to hire their own developer to investigate this and find the cause. With a detailed report you can hopefully fix the bug or improve the plugin to handle the exceptions. With free software support is always limited to the capacity of the developer or other volunteers.
