@dvk@toot.re When issues need investigations involving paid plugins to replicate the issue, I think it's a good boundary to set. They would need to hire their own developer to investigate this and find the cause. With a detailed report you can hopefully fix the bug or improve the plugin to handle the exceptions.
With free software support is always limited to the capacity of the developer or other volunteers.

@JosKleverWebSupport@toot.re A lot of them are due to database migrations timing out. They can always fix it by first reducing the size of their dataset, ie configuring the plugin to only keep the last 1-3 years. Maybe I should just write that out in an article somewhere and ask for a fee if they want me to perform the database migration in a less constrained environment.
