It's finally happened! For the first time in history a person has officially run a marathon in under two hours. Sebastian Sawe actually ran the London Marathon 30 seconds faster than 2 hours at 1:59:30. The second place finisher *also* beat two hours, but 11 seconds slower. The third place finisher beat the previous marathon world record as well coming in 28 seconds slower than the 2 hour mark.
