Type in your file number: SAT-LOA-20260108-00016 for SpaceX's filing or SAT-LOA-20250701-00129 for Reflect Orbital. Select "no" for "requesting confidental treatment". Attach file. Enter description of attachment, be sure confidential is not checked. SUBMIT should be dark blue. Click it. Look for something like the 4th screen. Save a screenshot as a receipt, or write down your pleading number. 3/3
