I followed this procedure, based on aas.org's notes and darksky's notes. I'm going to need to thread it, so bear with me.
1. Log in to CORES: https://apps.fcc.gov/cores/userLogin.do -- leave this open, request security code, and enter it once it arrives. (It takes two minutes or so for me.)
You'll get to the 4th screen. Leave it open. And go to the next step.

Answer all questions with a *. On behalf of commitee? No Pleading Type: COMMENT Scroll down. Filter info FRN: blank Enter al the fields with start. It requires a company name, so enter N/A if this is a personal comment. Scroll down if needed and enter your email. DO NOT enter anything in "Contact Information" 2/
