@stuarticus@indieweb.social thanks for writing this up. Do you think you'd add special handling to Gobbler? I'm considering something around a content hash for my own reader, but I'm wary of doing all of this just for the BBC.

@_jocmp@mastodon.social I don’t think so. The workaround would involve stripping the guid suffix and then comparing the content hash. It’s doable but not special handling I’m inclined to add. I would rather pester the BBC into improving their feeds!
