  I split out the core of Capy Reader to run directly on the JVM. This has let me benchmark integrations via the CLI. I was able to decrease cold start refreshes by 50% over 10k unread articles. The FreshRSS improvements have already shipped. I'm hoping to ship the Miniflux ones soon. #capyreader #freshrss #miniflux

  The latest nightly for Capy is out. Usually I'd say you can sleep on a nightly release, but it's worth being awake for this one. I've been informally thinking of this as a v2 release. It's all the big features I've been unsure about releasing incrementally like a "Spotlight" widget or reworking unread filters. There's more to do before an official release, but if you want a sneak peak, try it out and let me know how it goes! htt...

  F-Droid releases have been so snappy that I've decided to remove dev releases from Capy Reader. I had introduced them as a way to get releases faster but now the build server is super fast on its own. #fdroid #capyreader
