Police have more than enough power to make this idiot's life a living hell even without a prosecution. At an absolute minimum he broke the law for harassment in public, but blackmail and stalking are much more serious offenses.

@nf3xn@mastodon.social @mahryekuh@hachyderm.io The issue that most of us have, is when the Police use their discretion, and they should be making the life of the person who recorded the video a living hell. Asking for money to remove the video is blackmail in every sense of the word.
