Reminder that the 10th Amendment doesn't automatically throw non-Federal issues to the states, it can also grant rights directly to the people. Anyone who claims the 10th Amendment in the name of states' rights (abortion, marriage, voting) only wants the state to do the oppressing rather than the federal government. #uspol
