@asci@indieweb.social I just tried adding them as e.g. "http://slime.global" and it simply breaks because the site strips the colon from the url, so, clearly that's not it lol EDIT: ok well, I don't think I have a way of actually escaping out of that being rendered as an actual url, but, basically what I'm saying is that I added the http:// at the beginning of the url, and that just breaks the whole thing.
