Ah no, it's just grafted onto the top-level of the path part of the domain and the site operator will just need to work around it (or set up a different subdomain for the QR codes)." Apropos of nothing, it's 25 years later and I'm still pissed at SPF for hijacking the domain's root TXT record rather than, you know, thinking ahead 5 seconds and using an underscore subdomain.
